Location – Kings Norton, Birmingham

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some HR experience who wants to take the next step and gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle in the engineering industry. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in supporting the wider people strategy.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and oversee HR information systems.
  • Coordinating our employee benefits platforms, ensuring staff have access to the right perks and support.
  • Responding to any HR queries, providing guidance on processes and procedures, and escalating to the Head of HR where needed.
  • Monitoring HR data to provide insights and improve our people processes.
  • Getting involved in exciting HR projects that make a real difference.

About you

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in an HR support or coordination role
  • Confidence in managing systems and maintaining accurate data records
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in the engineering services sector would be advantageous
