We're looking for a proactive IT & AV Support Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. This hands-on role focuses heavily on AV support, alongside general IT troubleshooting and service delivery. You'll provide technical assistance to users at all levels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities for the :
- Provide face-to-face and remote IT and AV support.
- Set up and troubleshoot meeting room equipment and video conferencing tools.
- Log and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Deliver a meet-and-greet service for VIP meetings and events.
- Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third-party vendors.
- Document fixes and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Assist with IT equipment moves, reporting, and service improvements.
What You'll Need:
- Experience with AV/video conferencing equipment.
- Strong IT troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Calm, organised, and confident under pressure.
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable:
- Commercial IT support experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office, ITIL, and remote support tools.
- Familiarity with mobile tech (Windows, iOS, Android).
