What’s in it for you?
- Base salary: £35,000 - £45,000
- On-target earnings: Realistic OTE of £100,000+
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
- Working hours: 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm

Your Day-to-Day as an IT Recruitment Consultant:
- Be the go-to recruitment expert for a portfolio of clients across the IT sector
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide tailored recruitment solutions that meet technical hiring needs
- Source top IT talent using job boards, social media, networking, and CRM tools
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through thorough screening and engagement
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, pitching confidently to key decision-makers
- Prepare compelling recruitment proposals and secure long-term partnerships
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, including hiring for roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, cybersecurity specialists, and IT project managers
- Strong understanding of tech stacks, tools, and certifications
- Successful track record of managing the full recruitment sales cycle
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to exceed KPIs
- A natural communicator who excels at building rapport and trust
- Organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
