Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity this September? A welcoming and well-resourced primary school is seeking a confident and caring TA to support a Key Stage 1 class on a long-term basis.

You'll be working closely with the class teacher to support learning across the curriculum, helping children reach their potential both academically and emotionally.

In this role, you'll be:

  • Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
  • Working with small groups and individuals to reinforce learning
  • Helping to deliver phonics, early maths, and literacy interventions
  • Assisting with assessments and tracking pupil progress
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has recent experience in a KS1 classroom
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Understands the needs of young learners and how to support them effectively
  • Has excellent communication skills and a nurturing approach
