What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as an RMN and play a key role in supporting adults within a secure setting. In this role, you will:
• Carry out assessments and risk evaluations• Deliver safe, therapeutic nursing care in line with care plans• Support service users in their recovery within a secure environment• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team• Ensure the highest standards of record keeping and clinical practice
Requirements & Qualifications:• A current and valid NMC registration and pin• Previous experience in secure, forensic or inpatient mental health settings• Strong clinical skills and confident decision-making• A positive, flexible approach to working with complex needs• Commitment to delivering high-quality care in a safe environment
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This position involves long days (typically 12-hour shifts) with a flexible rota across the week. The contract is ongoing, offering stability and consistent hours.
