You’ll deliver targeted 1:1 and small group sessions focused on building confidence and understanding in key areas such as algebra, geometry, and statistics. You’ll also help create revision resources, run practice exam sessions, and support students who need extra help to reach their target grades.The Candidate:We’re looking for a graduate with a degree in maths or a related subject like engineering or economics. You’ll need a strong academic background, clear communication skills, and a genuine interest in working with young people. Experience supporting children—whether in schools, tutoring or mentoring—is a bonus but not essential. What matters most is that you’re reliable, calm under pressure, and motivated to make a difference.The School:This Birmingham secondary school offers excellent facilities and a strong reputation for academic progress.
