We’re working with a respected mortgage brokerage based in Birmingham that offers a highly competitive commission structure, great support, and a friendly, high-performing team environment.

This is a permanent, office-based role ideal for someone who wants consistency, team collaboration, and strong earning potential.

What You’ll Get:

• Basic salary of £31,000-£33,000, negotiable depending on experience

• Uncapped commission, with an industry-leading structure:

  • 0% on first £5,000 banked

  • 10% on £5,001-£8,000

  • 40% on all business over £8,000 - well above market average

• Strong lead flow and consistent pipeline

• Supportive team culture focused on development and progression

• Case admin & back office support

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 18 months of experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

• Confident communicator with strong client rapport skills

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed
