We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to carry out works on void properties on social housing properties around Erdington.

The Multi Trade Operative will have to complete repairs using their skillset, which should include:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling

I am looking to speak to a Multi Trade Operative who:

Has experience working on social housing contracts
Has a full UK driving
Has a CSCS card
Own Van (essential)

In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

20 -22ph
40 hours per week on a long term contract
Rolling contract
CIS Payments.
