Multi Trader / Multi skilled Engineer

West Midlands

(32,000 - 35,000 + Van+ Pension + Benefits)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader / Multi-skilled Property Maintenance Engineer to join a reputable Maintenance contractor based in Birmingham.

Ideally you will be a qualified trades person that can turn their hand to most building trades, with typical duties including:

Carpentry & Joinery
Plumbing
Plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating
Roofing
Lock & door repairs/fitting
Window fitting
Groundworks & fencing
General building

The company carries out regular property maintenance and repair works mainly within the commercial and domestic sector, however they are also experienced in other sectors including retail, leisure, education and healthcare.

The main purpose of the role is to carry out a range of works ensuring a high standard of workmanship and professionally representing the company at all times. Additionally you will posses a valid CSCS card. The majority of work will be carried out within the Midlands region with occasional work further afield.
