About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner with at least one year of experience to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Support childrens learning and development through age-appropriate activities.
Assist with daily routines, including feeding, toileting, and nap times.
Observe and monitor children's progress and behavior, documenting key developments.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, offering updates on their child's progress.
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
Requirements:
A minimum of one years experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
A passion for working with children and promoting their development.
Excellent communication skills, both with children and parents.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
A caring, patient, and professional demeanor.
First Aid certification is preferred, but not essential (must be willing to complete First Aid training if not already certified).
