Sonic Summary

The Outbound Call Centre position is a fully remote, full-time role with a base salary of £24.5k and an OTE of £30-31k.
The job requires making 150-200 outbound sales calls daily, with a target of achieving 7-10 sales per day.
Candidates with experience in Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or Field sales are preferred.
A quiet workspace at home and the ability to work remotely are necessary for this role.
The position offers excellent training, incentives, and requires no weekend work, with a maximum work time of 19:00.

Outbound – Call Centre - Remote Full time – Permanent - Monday-Friday – No weekends£24.5k base salary and OTE of £30-31k Fully Remote – equipment provided 37.5 hours a week.Role summary:You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.Key responsibilities:

Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales and Field sales experience will be considered.
You will need a quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
