Are you a payroll project professional with experience of using iTrent? Do you enjoy process mapping and making process improvements? Are you available to start a new role in the next month? If yes is the answer to these questions we'd be keen to hear from you as our client who has been going through huge growth needs to bolster the payroll function with a Payroll project Lead. This role will be tasked with improving the payroll processes and future proofing the way they work so that the next stage of growth has a payroll function that's fit for purpose. You'll be someone who is strong around mapping "as is" processes, identifying and implementing changes and also being hands on enough to support the payroll team of 6 with consistent delivery of service. Your excel skills will need to be strong as there's lots of analysis and data to work through and with some processes being very manual there's a large amount of spreadsheet work. With the duration being for the next 6 months as a minimum this is a great role to get your teeth stuck into and your skills could be utilised for longer. Office presence will be required in Birmingham business park twice a month and London twice a month however the rest of the time you can be based from home.
