We are looking for an experienced Pub Manager

Responsible for the daily operations, management, and success of a pub / bar and oversee staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the pub's profitability. Key duties include managing staff, ensuring smooth operations, and adhering to regulations like licensing and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities of a Pub Manager:

Staff Management:

  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing staff, including bartenders, servers, and other personnel.

Customer Service:

  • Ensuring a positive customer experience, addressing complaints, and maintaining high standards of service.

Operational Management:

  • Overseeing daily operations, including food and beverage preparation, stock management, and maintaining the pub's cleanliness and safety.

Financial Management:

  • Managing budgets, increasing profits, and controlling cash flow.
  • Legal Compliance:
  • Understanding and adhering to licensing regulations, health and safety rules, and other legal requirements.

Marketing and Sales:

  • Promoting the pub and its offerings to attract and retain customers.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Addressing customer issues, managing conflicts, and finding solutions to operational challenges.
  • Leadership:
  • Inspiring and motivating staff, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
