This Sales Admin role is to help support my client’s strategic growth plans from their Head Office in Birmingham. This Sales Admin role is pivotal to the businesses future plans and will provide essential support to the Account Managers and take ownership of key pre-sales tasks, including quotation preparation, proposal generation, and sales order processing, ensuring exceptional service for our customers across the country.

In this Sales Admin role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by managing pre-sales documentation and processes efficiently and you’ll be joining a dynamic, innovative team and contribute to my clients mission of revolutionizing the connected car industry.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday in the office (Friday working from home)

Sales Admin key responsibilities

  • Streamline pre-sales processes, from initial enquiry and lead qualification through quotation, proposal generation, sales order creation, and handover to the Account Management team.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
  • Develop compelling and professional sales proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all necessary information is complete and compliant with company procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records, pre-sales data (including quote and order details), and relevant documentation within the CRM.
  • Prepare and organize all essential pre-sales documentation, including initial proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales order forms.
  • Manage inbound sales enquiries promptly and professionally, providing initial information and directing them appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Management team and assist with customer communication during the pre-sales phase, including responding to queries related to quotes and orders.
