THE COMPANY:

We are an internationally renowned bakery manufacturer who specialise in providing mid-high end products to the Foodservice sector.

Established for many years, we have developed a reputation for the quality of our products, combined with fantastic support and service, which has led to our products being found on the menus of many hospitality establishment menus including hotels, restaurants, leisure and casual dining.

Our product range is diverse and as a result we are able to provide a one stop solution to many clients in regards to their bakery requirements.

Our UK division has thrived in recent years due to a combination of strong product innovation and developing a commercial team with a wealth of experience within Foodservice.

Due to continued growth we are seeking to add a further Senior National Account Manager to the team with a focus of managing and developing relationships with major chain end users.

THE ROLE:

This role is a key part of our commercial team working with Foodservice clients.

The focus on this position is to further develop relationships with major end user hospitality chains in addition to tendering for new business.

You will inherit a portfolio of accounts, that are predominantly within areas including hotels, restaurants and pub groups.

You will be fully responsible for managing relationships with these accounts on a National basis including negotiating terms, pricing and service levels at buyer level.

This will involve tendering for listings and at times also include NPD.

In addition to this you will be targeted to win relationships with new companies in these sectors.

This role is home based, and involves a high level of autonomy to manage these accounts.

Its a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in Foodservice sales at National Account level, who thrives in an environment where they have a high level of independence and responsibility with their account base.

THE APPLICANT:

We are seeking to speak to candidates with a proven track record in Foodservice National Accounts working with major hospitality and foodservice end user chains

  • Candidates must have a proven track record at National Account level, working with major Foodservice end user chains
  • Candidates must have a proven track record of new business with Foodservice end users at buyer level.
  • Candidates with a background in Foodservice Manufacturing are of particular interest, but we will also consider candidates with strong end user experience at National Account level within Foodservice wholesale.
  • Experience in the bakery category within Foodservice is of interest, but not essential.
  • Candidates must be self starters and able to successfully work in a home based role with high amount of autonomy.
