Our client, a dynamic organisation based in, Birmingham, is seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Reward Advisor to join their People Team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape remuneration strategies and make a significant impact on the organisation's reward initiatives.
In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your analytical prowess and exceptional communication skills to shape their remuneration strategies. You'll be a key player in driving reward initiatives while ensuring their compensation plans are top-notch and aligned with market trends.
What You'll Do:
- Develop Remuneration Frameworks: Contribute to the development and implementation of remuneration strategies that align with the organisational goals and market dynamics.
- Cyclical Reward Activities: Support annual bonus and salary review cycles, ensuring smooth delivery of services to internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Excellence: analyse large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights, leading the way in pay gap reporting alongside our D&I colleagues.
- Employee Benefits Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor on benefits and reward policies, managing relationships with external suppliers to ensure their offerings remain competitive and compliant.
- Compliance and Insights: Ensure all reward practises meet legal and statutory requirements while staying informed on industry trends to enhance the strategies.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a Senior Reward Advisor role with minimal supervision.
- Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in creative writing and internal communications.
- Analytical Proficiency: Advanced numerical and analytical skills, with the capability to interpret large datasets for actionable insights.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; experience with PowerBI and Workday is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the total rewards market and current trends.
- Trustworthiness: Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and build rapport.
- Supplier Management: Experience engaging with and managing external suppliers effectively.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the Reward team and the wider People function.
- Networking Enthusiast: Proactive in networking both internally and externally to identify trends and best practises in remuneration.
- Digital Advocate: Strong understanding of digital innovation and opportunities through networking and vendor engagement.
