We are working with a well-established, independent estate agency based in Birmingham City Centre, renowned for their strong market presence and impressive property portfolio. They’re seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic and high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Providing regular feedback to vendors and maintaining strong client relationships
- Liaising effectively with both buyers and vendors throughout the sales process
- Booking valuations and supporting the listings team
- Promoting mortgage and solicitor referral services
- Actively contributing to a positive team environment
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Sales Negotiator role
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive, and motivated to exceed targets
- Knowledge of the local property market is a bonus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- A true team player with a passion for property
