You will have experience at Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef level in a quality-focused kitchen and possess a sharp palate, steady hands, and a calm, organised approach.

As Senior Sous Chef you will:

  • Play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef
  • Lead and inspire the brigade through busy services
  • Uphold and elevate the restaurants exacting standards
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal changes
  • Mentor and support junior chefs as they grow
  • Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and calm

Youll be working with exceptional ingredients line-caught fish, day-boat shellfish, and the best British veg and dairy treated with the respect they deserve and presented with real finesse.
