We are working with a a specialist engineering services provider who are seeking to appoint a HSEQ Advisor to support their operations across England. This is a critical and visible role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to join a high-performing team where you will play a key part in driving a positive safety culture, developing best practice, and ensuring compliance across a diverse and dynamic operational environment. As a HSEQ Advisor, you will work closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to build alignment with high standards in health, safety, environment, and quality.

The HSEQ Advisor Role:

  • Promote best practice and develop a proactive health and safety culture across the business.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, driving continual improvement.
  • Provide technical health and safety advice to operational teams and support risk management initiatives.
  • Lead incident investigations, identifying root causes and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation and support business-wide compliance initiatives.


The HSEQ Advisor Candidate Will Have:

  • A relevant degree in health, safety or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems.
  • Proven experience in a health, safety, environment, and quality role, ideally within a technical or operational environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A pragmatic approach to health and safety with a focus on delivering real-world solutions.
