Site Set Up Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE) - My client is looking for an experienced Site Set Up Solicitor to join their highly regarded real estate team. If you have a proven background in site setup, working on both freehold and leasehold schemes, and a solid understanding of the technicalities of new build developments, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
