Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons for students with autism and complex needs
Teaching a small class of Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils, with support from skilled teaching assistants
Working closely with the wider school team to implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom that supports communication, independence, and social development
Contributing to the wider school community and whole-child approach to education
