Key Responsibilities include: -
Managing and overseeing property-related matters, including:
- Conducting estate surveys and evaluations
- Negotiating leases and tenancy agreements
- Ensuring compliance with property regulations
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in surveying or estate management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel and manage time effectively
- Experience in retail or commercial property management (preferred but not essential)
