Position:Gas Service Engineer
Location:Birmingham
Job Type:Sub-Contract Basis
Pay:£23 per Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct servicing of gas appliances in social housing properties.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturers guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Report and document completed work and any issues identified.
Requirements:
- Own van and tools.
- Public liability insurance.
- ValidACS Certificates, includingGas FiresandGas Cookers.
- Previous experience working on social housing contracts is desirable.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
