Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? Do you have the confidence to lead lessons and create a positive, engaging learning environment? Our specialist secondary school in Erdington is seeking dedicated SEN Cover Supervisors to join our team.

As a SEN Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead and supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in our secondary provision
  • Support students with a variety of complex needs, including ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
  • Maintain a calm, structured classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and support assistants
  • Manage behaviour positively and consistently in line with the school's policies

We are looking for individuals who are:
