Working as an integral part of the leadership team of this SEND as a Headteacher you will show real leadership and investment in your team. You will be responsible for the ongoing growth of the school and work in partnership with key members of the associated Trust.
The school offers ongoing support, education and care to children with SEND and believes in offering a more therapeutic approach to development enable children to make real progress.
You will be: An aspiring Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher with SEND experience.
- A confident communicator able to give clear direction to the teaching and learning team
- Experienced in strategic planning and development
- Able to demonstrate a track record of child development within an education setting
- Knowledgeable round all aspects of the curriculum to include underpinning with therapy
- Happy to lead and work as part of a team
