We are looking for an Administratorto join the team of an established organisation in the Birmingham area, on a temporary basis. This role will be working Wednesday to Friday, to ensure all maintenance work and compliance admin is completed within agreed SLA's,

15-17ph paid weekly via umbrella

As an Administrator you will:
- To ensure the correct operation and maintenance of compliance related administrative systems, procedures and processes
- To provide clerical and administration support, including document preparation, photocopying, scanning, telephone call handling, meeting recording, diary management, system/data analysis
- To contribute to the effective and safe operation of compliance hub's
To be successful as an Administrator, you will need:
- Previous experiencein scheduling
- Experience in a similar role such as repairs administrator, business support officer, office assistant, compliance coordiantor, compliance admin, Works coordinator, Works planner, repairs admin, Helpdesk coordinator etc
