Cobalt are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Resident Experience Assistant to join an on site team at a landmark new Build to Rent development in the heart of Birmingham.
This role is central to delivering a best-in-class resident journey and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who lives in or visits the building.
For this position, the company will ideally want a professional background in either property, student accommodation, hospitality or customer service.
4 days on / 4 days off - 12 hour days (11 hours working with 1 hour break)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and members of the local community.
Support the daily operations of the development including administration, resident communications, and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
Collaborate with the wider on-site team to deliver resident engagement activities, events, and initiatives that foster a strong community feel.
Build positive relationships with residents to encourage feedback, address concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service delivery at all times, ensuring the resident experience is seamless and positive.
Contribute to a culture where residents feel valued, supported, and proud to call the development their home.
What We're Looking For:
A strong passion for customer service and community engagement.
Previous experience in property, hospitality, front-of-house, or similar customer-facing environments.
