Cobalt are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Resident Experience Assistant to join an on site team at a landmark new Build to Rent development in the heart of Birmingham.

This role is central to delivering a best-in-class resident journey and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who lives in or visits the building.

For this position, the company will ideally want a professional background in either property, student accommodation, hospitality or customer service.

4 days on / 4 days off - 12 hour days (11 hours working with 1 hour break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and members of the local community.

  • Support the daily operations of the development including administration, resident communications, and ensuring compliance with internal processes.

  • Collaborate with the wider on-site team to deliver resident engagement activities, events, and initiatives that foster a strong community feel.

  • Build positive relationships with residents to encourage feedback, address concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction.

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service delivery at all times, ensuring the resident experience is seamless and positive.

  • Contribute to a culture where residents feel valued, supported, and proud to call the development their home.
