The Role: My client is looking for a National Operational Manager who comes from the Door Manufacturing Sector and who can be happy travelling around UK visiting Clients which are predominantly across the Hotel Chains. Building relationships, overviewing works, looking at Fire Door Safety, Fire Line Compartment Safety and Quality Control Checks
They are in need of someone who has a background in Operations and a Commercial Head because this individual will be driving the Business Operation forward. They want someone who can sort out their manufacturing and run this operation. This person will manage the operation and have cost knowledge and be able to quote work.
The role will be completely on-site as they want aleaderwho will lead and take ownership and potentially down the line once operations are more established there might be the flexibility, but at the first stage there isn't.
The Ideal Candidate:You will be well rounded and very experienced in Manufacturing / Joinery. It is paramount that you are hungry, driven and have great man management and leadership. Reporting to the board you will be an individual who has credibility and a good presence.
