A well-regarded primary school in the Fordbridge area is looking for a dedicated Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 2 team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment where your support will help pupils build confidence and make strong academic progress.

Your Role:

• Support the Year 5 class teacher with daily learning activities
• Provide small group and 1:1 support to pupils who need extra guidance
• Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Assist with classroom preparation and resource management
• Help monitor and record pupil progress in line with school policies

What We're Looking For:

• Recent experience in a primary classroom, preferably in Key Stage 2
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Proactive, friendly, and confident working with children
• Committed to supporting pupils of all abilities
