The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a highly successful secondary school in Birmingham from September 2025. This is a full-time position, suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). You will be expected to teach Psychology across Key Stages 4 and 5, with the potential to contribute to KS3 Humanities based on your experience and interest.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Qualified teacher of Psychology with PGCE or QTS

  • Degree in Psychology or a closely related field

  • Experience teaching Psychology at GCSE and A-Level

  • Enthusiastic about subject content and pedagogy

  • Eligible to work in the UK

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Psychology lessons

  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

  • Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment

  • Contribute to whole-school and departmental initiatives

  • Participate actively in CPD and collaborate with colleagues

  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff

Salary & Contract:

  • MPS/UPS based on experience

  • Full-time, permanent contract

  • Start Date: September 2025
