The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a highly successful secondary school in Birmingham from September 2025. This is a full-time position, suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). You will be expected to teach Psychology across Key Stages 4 and 5, with the potential to contribute to KS3 Humanities based on your experience and interest.

Experience and Qualifications:

Qualified teacher of Psychology with PGCE or QTS

Degree in Psychology or a closely related field

Experience teaching Psychology at GCSE and A-Level

Enthusiastic about subject content and pedagogy

Specific Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Psychology lessons

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment
