What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support high needs SEND pupils within a specialist provision
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups to deliver targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with the SENDCo and therapy teams to meet EHCP outcomes
  • Use visuals, sensory tools and routines to support learning and regulation
  • Help pupils manage transitions and build independence

We're Looking For Someone That:

  • Previous experience working in a Primary school or Nursery
  • Experience supporting children with SEND (e.g. ASD, SALCN, SEMH)
  • A nurturing, resilient approach and strong behaviour management
  • Ability to use Makaton, PECS or sensory strategies is a bonus
  • A commitment to consistency, structure and pupil progress
