Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding, long-term role? A welcoming primary school near the Ladywood area is seeking a dedicated and resilient TA to join their on-site resourced provision, supporting pupils with higher needs.

This is a full-time opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs, within a supportive and inclusive school community.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with high needs within the resourced provision.
  • Help implement EHCP targets and work closely with the school's SENCO and class teachers.
  • Support emotional regulation, communication, and sensory needs throughout the school day.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and structured learning environment.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience supporting children with high needs (e.g. autism, speech and language needs, or SEMH).
  • A calm, patient approach and strong behaviour management strategies.
  • Someone who thrives in a team and is passionate about inclusive education.
  • A TA who is committed to long-term work and can build meaningful relationships with pupils.
