Location: Bordesley Green, Birmingham (B9)
Pay: 105-115 per day
Contract Type: Long-term with potential for permanent placement
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEND, including autism, learning difficulties, and communication challenges.
- Help implement and follow EHCP targets, adapting classroom tasks to meet each child's needs.
- Support pupils in managing sensory and emotional regulation activities.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and active participation in learning.
- Collaborate with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to ensure consistency of care and track pupil progress.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for every child.
About You:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or complex needs.
- Calm, patient, and empathetic approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working with pupils with autism, physical needs, or communication barriers.
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential.
