Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for work in Sutton Coldfield?

Winner Education are recruiting for a teaching assistant to work in a primary school in the Sutton Coldfield area. We are seeking a TA who has previous SEN experience with Autism and upper KS2 level. This role is full time and to start ASAP so you must be readily available due to the urgency to fill these positions.

The successful Teaching Assistant must:

• Have previous experience working with primary school aged children
• Have previous experience of providing 1:1 support
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
• Have previous experience of supporting children with SEN, in paerticularly Autims
• Have previous experience of delivering EHCP Provision
• Show willing to go ‘above and beyond’
• Be a great team-player and form good relationships within the school environment
• Strong behaviour management
