The Catholic Partnership Supply Service (CPSS) are looking to appoint a talented teaching assistant in the Quinton area of South Birmingham to start ASAP, working 5 full days per week. This is a long term supply post for at least 2 terms
This role is SEN Support for key stage 1 pupil with complex needs, you will tasked to encourage engagement in the classroom, ensure the pupils is supported at all times while at school. Personal care may be required. Only Teaching assistants with prior experience on SEND 1:1 work will be considered.
CPSS have an outstanding track record of helping teaching assistants launch or relaunch their careers. We work with newly qualified teaching assistants and teaching assistants in between jobs.
Qualifications we will consider:
Teaching assistant related (level 2+)
University graduates
Childcare related (level 2+)
Health and social care related (with either school experience or basic knowledge of phonics)
Unqualified teaching assistants with classroom experience
