Are you passionate about working with children and helping them succeed? Aspire People is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students in a vibrant school in Solihull starting January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, supporting students to reach their full potential in an engaging learning environment.

Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities

Provide one-on-one or small group support for students who need additional help

Help create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Support students with their learning and development, building their confidence

Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and resources

Supervise students during break times and other non-classroom activities

Work closely with the teaching team to monitor student progress and well-being

Requirements:

A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Experience working with children or in a similar educational setting (ideal but not essential)

A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn

Relevant qualifications or experience in education is an advantage (but not required)
