Contract: Long Term to Permanent
Days: Monday to Friday, Term-Time Only

What You'll Be Doing:
- Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have SEND needs.
- Building strong, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
- Supporting emotional regulation and encouraging independence through calm, consistent routines.
- Collaborating closely with the teacher and SENCO to adapt lessons and celebrate progress big or small.
- Creating a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and can truly thrive.
About You:
- You genuinely care about helping children with additional needs to succeed.
- You're calm, patient and intuitive and able to spot what a child needs, even before they say it.
- Experience supporting pupils with ASC, speech and language needs or learning difficulties is ideal.
- A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) is great, but the right attitude and experience matter the most.
