Aspire People is currently seeking a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant and welcoming primary school from September 2025. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with proven experience in Upper KS2, particularly Year 5, who is ready to make a meaningful impact from day one.

The Role:
* Support across two Year 5 classes, working alongside class teachers to deliver high-quality learning.
* Deliver targeted intervention sessions outside of the classroom, helping to raise attainment.
* Full-time position, with the potential to become a long-term post for the right candidate.
* A trial day will be offered for shortlisted applicants.

You will need:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Recent, relevant experience in Upper Key Stage 2.
* Confidence delivering intervention work to small groups.
* A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for education.
