A well-established Social Housing organization is seeking a Ground Maintenance Operative for their Estate and Services Team in Birmingham.
The position is temporary and offers an hourly rate of £16.36, paid weekly via umbrella.
Key responsibilities include grass cutting, green waste disposal, hedge reduction, strimming, weed management, and litter picking.
Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role, such as Ground Maintenance, Grounds Keeper, or Estate Maintenance Operative.
A valid driving license is also required for this position.

Removal and disposal of green waste
Hedge and bush reduction and shaping
Strimming
Weed management
Shrub maintenance, pruning and planting
Litter picking

To be successful as a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will have:

Previous experience in a similar role ( Ground Maintenance/ Grounds keeper/ Head Gardener/ Estate Maintenance Operative/ External Operative)
