A well-established Social Housing organization is seeking a Ground Maintenance Operative to join their Estate and Services Team in Birmingham.
The position is temporary to permanent with an hourly rate of £16-17, paid weekly via umbrella.
Key responsibilities include grass cutting, green waste disposal, hedge shaping, strimming, weed management, and litter picking.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, a valid driving license, and a willingness to undergo a DBS check.

As a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will be:

Grass cutting and collection
Removal and disposal of green waste
Hedge and bush reduction and shaping
Strimming
Weed management
Shrub maintenance, pruning and planting
Litter picking

To be successful as a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will have:

Previous experience in a similar role ( Ground Maintenance/ Grounds keeper/ Head Gardener/ Estate Maintenance Operative/ External Operative
A driving license
Willingness to have a DBS
