I'd Love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Damp and Mould surveyor or inspector within social housing.

As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you will be:
  • Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
  • Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
  • Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.

  • Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
  • Experience within social housing
  • Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections

Location & Travel
This role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days on patch in Warwickshire and 2 days working from home. Business mileage is covered with hybrid working offering an excellent work life balance.
