Join a new team within a large, established housing organisation in the West Midlands. We're looking for a Neighbourhood Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of estate-based improvements and community-led initiatives across their intervention schemes. This is a pivotal role focused on improving the quality of their neighbourhoods, promoting community safety, and supporting long-term tenancy sustainment.

Key Responsibilities of a Neighbourhood Engagement Manager:
  • Ensure tenant voices and priorities are central to projects, services, and decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with colleagues in property services, tenancy services, and commercial teams to implement joined-up improvement plans.
  • Support the delivery of initiatives to address crime, anti-social behaviour, and promote a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • Lead and manage community improvement projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timescales.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to reduce tenancy failures and improve neighbourhood outcomes.

About You:
  • Proven experience in estate management, repairs, or environmental services, with a strong record of service improvements.
  • Experience of delivering change initiatives and/or managing projects effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in housing management, particularly in supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies and thrive within their communities.
