A dynamic, progressivefirm based in Birmingham have an incredible opportunity for a skilled administrator to join their International HR team as a Learning and Development Advisor! This is an incredible opportunity for any individual with previous L&D administration experience to get stuck into a busy, varied role, continuing to provide a consistently excellent level of support and advisory service to the whole organisation!
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Scheduling courses and trainings, sending out invitations and relevant information and monitoring acceptances and attendance

Inputting courses and information accurately onto the learning system and tracking their progress, reporting back to the wider L&D team

Hosting the virtual training sessions, admitting attendees, and monitoring the chat rooms and questions

Act as the first line of support, answering any telephone and email enquiries and providingadditional advice and information on the courses and trainings

Identify and propose improvements that would enhance the employee-customer experience, and the services provided
PreviousL&D administration/coordinationexperience, and experience using CRM systemsis desired alongside strong coordination experience within a professional services environment. You must be extremely organised and able to multi-task, use your initiative to manage and prioritise high volumes of work, and pay keen attention to detail. Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills are also essential.
