Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for resolving complex people challenges and driving positive employee outcomes? We're looking for an Employee Relations Advisor/Consultant to join a values-led organisation undergoing significant growth and change.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate how employee relations is delivered across a busy, multi-site organisation - providing expert guidance, strengthening consistency, and influencing key people practices.
In This Role, You Will:

Take ownership of complex and sensitive employee relations cases - from conduct and grievance to absence, capability, and organisational change.

Be the go-to advisor for colleagues in HR and management, offering confident, well-informed support on a broad range of ER matters.

Design and implement user-friendly tools, templates and frameworks that simplify and standardise ER handling across the organisation.

Support policy and process development to ensure the organisation remains compliant, inclusive and forward-thinking - especially around family-friendly policies.

Contribute to broader HR transformation projects, including job levelling, occupational health improvements, and policy modernisation.

Partner with the wider HR team to develop meaningful data insights and dashboards that shape decisions and drive smarter case management.
What You'll Bring:

Strong expertise in UK employee relations, with a track record of navigating complex casework confidently and independently.

A practical understanding of employment law and HR best practice, with the ability to interpret and apply it in a real-world setting.
