Description
- Provide expert HR advice to school leaders on complex cases including absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
- Lead HR review meetings and support due diligence for new schools joining the Trust.
- Manage key HR processes including onboarding, contract changes, payroll updates, and compliance checks.
- Oversee recruitment and safer recruitment practices, ensuring statutory compliance (DBS, right-to-work, SCR).
- Deliver accurate HR data reporting, performance management analytics, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Implement HR policies and drive process improvements across the Trust.
Profile
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
- Proven HR experience within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and promoting the welfare of children.
Job Offer
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office or at schools
- 36.5 hours per week
