YouwillmanageasmallHRteamofthree,providingleadership,guidance,andsupporttoensuresmoothandeffectiveHRoperations.

KeyResponsibilities:

DevelopandimplementHRpoliciesandprocedures
Manageemployeerelations,includinggrievancesanddisciplinarymatters
Promotestaffwellbeing,engagement,andretention
Leadrecruitment,onboarding,andemployeelifecycleprocesses
Ensurecompliancewithemploymentlegislationandinternalstandards
ProvideHRmetricsandstrategicinsightstoseniorleadership
Supportworkforceplanningandorganisationaldevelopment

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhave:

ACIPDQualification,ideallyLevel5orabove
ExperienceinaGeneralistHRrole
ExperienceinSocialCareorSupportedLivingenvironment(ideal/notessential)
StrongunderstandingofUKandInternationalemploymentlawandHRbestpractices
Abilitytohandlesensitiveinformationwithdiscretion
ProficiencyinHRsystemsandMicrosoftOffice
