YouwillmanageasmallHRteamofthree,providingleadership,guidance,andsupporttoensuresmoothandeffectiveHRoperations.
KeyResponsibilities:
- DevelopandimplementHRpoliciesandprocedures
- Manageemployeerelations,includinggrievancesanddisciplinarymatters
- Promotestaffwellbeing,engagement,andretention
- Leadrecruitment,onboarding,andemployeelifecycleprocesses
- Ensurecompliancewithemploymentlegislationandinternalstandards
- ProvideHRmetricsandstrategicinsightstoseniorleadership
- Supportworkforceplanningandorganisationaldevelopment
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhave:
- ACIPDQualification,ideallyLevel5orabove
- ExperienceinaGeneralistHRrole
- ExperienceinSocialCareorSupportedLivingenvironment(ideal/notessential)
- StrongunderstandingofUKandInternationalemploymentlawandHRbestpractices
- Abilitytohandlesensitiveinformationwithdiscretion
- ProficiencyinHRsystemsandMicrosoftOffice
