Are you a confident HR Manager looking for a hybrid role where you can make a real impact? If so, we are seeking an experienced HR Managerto join a growing Care company in Birmingham.
You will drive people initiatives that support business growth overseeing all fundamentals to manage the HR department.
The successful candidate will ideally holda CIPD level 5 or 7 qualification coupled with experience working in a fast paced, standalone environment with the ability to multitask in a hands on role.
Our client is headquartered in the UK however also operate internationally, so the ideal candidate will need proven experience managing overseas recruitment, with a solid understanding of employment legislation, sponsorship processes, and visa requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Managerto lead the HR function in a dynamic environment. AsHR leader, you will be responsible for shapingand delivering the people strategy, providing expert advice to senior leaders, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

- Strategic HR Leadership

- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives (UK and Internationally)
- Drive engagement strategies and support leadership in managing performance
- Ensure compliance with employment law and best practice
