Are you a confident HR Manager looking for a hybrid role where you can make a real impact? If so, we are seeking an experienced HR Managerto join a growing Care company in Birmingham.

You will drive people initiatives that support business growth overseeing all fundamentals to manage the HR department.

The successful candidate will ideally holda CIPD level 5 or 7 qualification coupled with experience working in a fast paced, standalone environment with the ability to multitask in a hands on role.

Our client is headquartered in the UK however also operate internationally, so the ideal candidate will need proven experience managing overseas recruitment, with a solid understanding of employment legislation, sponsorship processes, and visa requirements.

About the role
