What you'll be doing:
  • Managing and developing a small, friendly payroll team

  • Running multiple complex payrolls with accuracy and efficiency

  • Overseeing payroll for both new starters and leavers - with plenty of onboarding and employee lifecycle management

  • Ensuring compliance with HMRC, pensions, and statutory requirements

  • Driving process improvements and ensuring payroll runs as smoothly as possible

  • Acting as the go-to person for payroll queries, building strong relationships across the business
