As Senior Employee Relations Manager, you and your ER Advisor will advise and guide across all things Employee Relations within this growing Professional Services organisation. From leading on complex cases, to supporting business change and restructures, TUPE and acquisitions to the development of up-to-date policies and procedures.
With extensive Employee Relations knowledge and experience within a Professional Services organisation you will have developed policy, managed complex and senior casework, and led on restructuring and TUPE initiatives.
